run cleanwipe, reboot

run cleanwipe again

run NRnR, remove-only mode

sc delete SsPaAdm
sc delete ssSpnAv
sc delete ssPaSetMgr
taskkill /f /t /im paui.exe

(you can do above before clicking ‘Restart’ and the end of NRnR).

after reboot:

rd /s /q “C:\program files\symantec.cloud”
