You could try to use Server 2008 installation CD to fix the proglem.

We imaged an HP ProLiant ML150 G5 server and restored it to an HP ProLiant ML150 G6, got the same error and fixed it using Vista Business SP1 x64 Disc.
Imaging SW – Storage Craft Shadow Protect
Server OS – Server 2008 Std x64

Excellent. I imaged a SBS 2008 drive with Acronis True Image and selected proportional for resizing instead of as-is. I got the same stop error on bootup but using a Vista Ultimate x64 disc corrected the issue.
