Contrary to the Microsoft Knowledgebase article, my encounter with this problem was caused by an overloaded Temp directory on the user’s computer. See How to clear the temp directory.

I am in the process of trying your suggestions. I do many newsletters and have never experienced this problem.
Would it help to remove newsletters that are on my hard drive to a flash-drive, etc.?
